Hello awesome bat people!! Sorry for not posting yesterday. Well here it goes :D
IPO Day One
It was really fun today seeing how hyper the whole cohort can be!! It was also reassuring as I thought that I'll be all alone growing mushrooms in a corner during the orientation however it turned out great!! The quiet people from our class really did things that I never thought they would do for the suck up points. We did ice-breakers to relieve the awkwardness among our class. It really worked!! Soon after, it did not really seem awkward and the atmosphere wasn't so tense anymore. After the ice breakers, we learnt cheers and heading down to the canteen for lunch. And guess what. WE SAT TOGETHER AS A CLASS!! <3 :D We split into groups afterwards and went for station games. On the very first day of school, more friendships were forged and memories made. IPO Day Two
Today was awesome!! (okay I know I like to add awesome to a sentence cause the word is just too awesome!!) The day started off by learning cheers (: Awesome Yixin even did a suck up cheer and printed them out for us!! :D then, we proceed with the station games. Most memorable station game: The shaving cream one. All the guys in our group got creamed including Reuben. :P Poor guys especially Reuben since he is a passer by. It all started after Jyh Hean got creamed in the face and hair to get more suck up points for us. (: The we had lunch and split up to learn the mass dance. FYI I can't dance. So thank you Shannon,Germaine (Hilary), and Lishan for teachin me how to shuffle!! :D Okayy I should stop writing in case it turns into a compo. Goal that I hope we will achieve: not having any gender split. :D -Lynn
